RETURNS

KINDERSALMON has a 15-day return policy -You have 15 days from receiving
your order. As soon as you have decided you would like to return your order,
Please return it for a refund or exchange and let us know by email promptly.

You have 15days from the date you received your order 
to follow the below steps:

1. To return your order, please send it to our office. 
The Product(s) must be returned to: KINDERSALMON

All products must be returned in their original condition, with all protective
materials in place and the tags attached.
Please be advised that KINDRSALMON does not provide prepaid return labels
for any returns unless the item is originally faulty. 
Please ship the return package using a courier of your choice.

2. Email us at cs@kindersalmon.co and let us know your full name, order
number and tracking number.

3. Once the return has arrived at our office, you will receive an email regarding
the returned items.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your
account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the
information from us.
                

EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason,

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your order is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, 
please contact us by e-mail. 
Your email must include photos of the part considered to be a defect.
After evaluating your request, we will offer you an adequate solution.

Your return label will be provided by KINDERSALMON if your order is 
originally faulty.
