If your order is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, please contact us by e-mail.
Your email must included photos of the part considered to be a defect.
After evaluating your request, we will offer you an adequate solution.
Your return label will be provided by KINDERSALMON if your order is originally faulty.

YOUR ORDER & SHIPPING

Once your payment has been cleared, A standard processing time of up to 3 business day is required for international shipping.
Your order placed before 9:00 AM (KST) may be processed on the same day.

Your delivery time may vary depending on the items due to peak periods / a high volume of orders and it may take up to
2 -3 weeks to be processed in this case.
Depending on the status of your order, You can cancel or modify only when your order is not in the packaging or shipment
phases. To cancel or modify your order, please log in to your account an navigate to the Account /
Order History tab and select the subject of your request.

Orders are delivered on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. It means the recipient is responsible for paying all customs and

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

KINDERSALMON has a 15-day return policy : You have 15 days from receiving
your order. As soon as you have decided you would like to return your order,
please return it for a refund or exchange and let us know by email promptly.
You have 15 days from the date you received your order to follow the below 
steps:

1. To return your order, please send it to our office. The Product(s) must be

All products must be returned in their original condition, with all protective 
materials in place and the tags attached. 
Please be advised that KINDRSALMON does not provide prepaid return labels
for any returns unless the item is originally faulty. 
Please ship the return package using a courier of your choice.

2. Email us at cs@kindersalmon.co and let us know your full name, order number
and tracking number.

3. Once the return has arrived at our office, you will receive an email regarding
the returned items. 
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your 
account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the 
information from us.
1. You have decided to return your order after 15 days from receiving your order. 
2. The item(s) are returned without notifying us or requesting a return.
3. All protective materials are not in place and the price tags are detached.
4. The product(s) are not in their original condition.
5. Cancellation of purchase according to ‘Acts on Consumer Protection in
Electronic Commerce’ shall comply with relevant laws and legislations in regards
to affairs not mentioned in the Acts.

In the case of any refunds for all orders purchased at KINDERSALMON 
HANNAM, you must bring the receipt and the actual card used for your order.
