    All orders are handled by DHL

    KINDERSALMON offers free stand delivery on any order for members.

    Please note that $35 will be charged for shipping on orders under $450 for non-members.

    Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

    - Customs and Duties

    Orders will be delivered on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. 

    The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance-related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order.

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. 

    Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.

    KINDERSALMON has a 15-day return policy : You have 15 days from receiving your order.

    As soon as you have decided you would like to return your order, please return it for a refund or exchange and let us know by email promptly.
    You have 15 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

    1. To return your order, please send it to our office. The Product(s) must be returned to:

    Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition, with all protective materials in place and the tags attached.
    Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty. Please ship the return package using a courier of your choice.

    2. Email us at 0snjee@kindersalmon.co and let us know your full name, order number and tracking number.

    3. Once the return has arrived at our office, you will receive an email regarding the returned items.
    Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
    Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us.


    If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, please return your items to us and place a new order at http://en.kindersalmonshop.com/


    If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, please contact us by e-mail.
    After evaluating your request, we will offer you an adequate solution.

    HI Kindersalmon, I want to check out but keep being declined. Your paypal page does not load on my side either. Can you try to solve this for me? Eximbay also does not work, although I have used it before on other sites. Thank you!
